National Contest Rotation Policy

The location of the National Championships is decided each year by the Executive of the ZOA. The location is influenced by the strength of local Zephyr fleets, but recognising that some “non-Zephyr” clubs have considerable experience in running National Championships and are often interesting in hosting them.

A Northern North Island, Central North Island and South Island rotation is generally adhered unless there are compelling overriding factors.
